1. Acceptance of terms. Kingdery Lighting solely runs this website and has a sole and absolute discretion of all its services. The user should completely and strictly comply with all the terms stated here. By completing the Service's registration process and submitting your registration information, you indicate that you agree to the Terms of Service and that you have come to an agreement with Kingdery Lighting.

Kingdery Lighting makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected. b. Kingdery Lighting shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the service, and shall not be responsible or liable for any trading or investment decisions made based on such information.

7. User management. 9. Termination. Both you and Kingdery Lighting have the right to terminate the service provided by Kingdery Lighting. Kingdery Lighting holds no responsibilities for the third party with respect to this. If the user has argument, he is authorized to do the following: (1) terminating the service (2) inform Kingdery Lighting of the termination of service. At terminating the service, Kingdery Lighting is not responsible for sending any information or unread or unsent letters to the third party for the user.

11 Copyrights. You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. 12. Disclaimer of warranties. Kingdery Lighting exist its responsibilities from any loss of the user resulted from competition or other matters. 13. Law. The terms of service is confined to the law of PRC. If any discrepancy exists, it is subject to the related laws.
